The statutory provisions in Switzerland impose an obligation to keep certain data, we are therefore unable to delete all your data completely if you have been a client of Gratis-immo.ch. The advertisements that have appeared on our site as well as information about inactive accounts are thus archived.
So if you ask us to delete your account, it will be inactivated and your data will no longer be used. The data will, however, have to be archived and it will therefore not be possible to delete the data completely.

We do not have any link to this type of company and we do not transmit or sell any information to such companies.
These companies have programs that browse the web in search of e-mail addresses. We also advise you never to place an e-mail address outside the fields that are expressly designed to receive them.

The data protection provisions may be changed or supplemented at any time. Our team will publish a notice on the blog on the site to advise you of impending changes.
